I just turned 50 and man am I freaking!!! Jokes. I feel no older and have plenty of energy as always. So anyone out there freaking about getting closer to 50, it's just a number. I am 5'10 and back into the gym and bike cause I my knee at work and didn't train for 4-5 months, so I have a belly atm. I work full time have no debts and share a house with my friend of 17 years.
