I have done many years in health, aged care and education. Grew up in Cairns, left to work in Mt Isa hotel for a few years. Back to Cairns then made the move to the Tablelands. I must be a local by now, been up here for over 30 years. Married and divorced with 2 grown up children, 7 grandchildren.

Gardening, my chickens, dining out with friends, travelling, meeting new people, my dogs and cat, galahs. Spending time with my grandkids, family, friends. Sunday drives, swimming. I do take an interest in world affairs, a little interest in council and government. I volunteer in a mining museum which I find very interesting and meet so many travellers.
