I retired early in life and I keep myself busy. I do humanitarian work where and when I can and I support a family living in a slum in the Philippines. I am currently planning and designing a health study in Asia. I am aiming to improve the childhood mortality rates in developing countries and also improve resistance to disease.

After a health scare a couple of years ago I rediscovered my enjoyment for fitness and self improvement. I workout 6 days a week and when the weather permits I ride my pushbike. I love to travel, read and cook. In my spare time I often engage is writing to get my thoughts down on paper.
