I'm a newbie to 'Newie' and still finding my way round this great city after moving here from a small country town in Tasmania. Don't hold that against me though! I'm originally from Perth, W.A and am hoping to settle down here. Not to say I don't love to travel, I've seen many parts of the world and have a few travel tales to swap. I've worked in education for most of my career but have experienced lots of different kinds of work. No children of my own which is fine, I love kids and have some special ones in my life. Friendship and family are important to me as is being kind to myself and others. Interests? I enjoy cooking, walking in beautiful places, exploring farmer's markets and festivals. I love the beach, play my djembe (kudos if you know what that is), finding an awesome independent acoustic artist to listen to in a funky cafe. Always open to new experiences :-)
