About Me

I am a flipper. I buy old and depressed homes and buildings and I redo the exterior and interior and sell the property for a profit. I remember when I went home from college a few years ago, I would see these abandoned house in a straight line. I asked around to see if anyone was living there or if anyone was home there. Turns out, no one lived there. And that was what opened my eyes to the possibility of house flipping.

My Interests

I like to go on abandoned house tours. Nothing like this used to exist as a hobby. Back when I was a kid and you used to do that, the cops will be called for trespassing. I like to see the old and abandoned homes in my area and I like to try to visualize how I'm gonna flip it. What started out as a source of income slowly morphed into something I already do just for fun.
