About Me

I have recently changed my career after being in the aged care industry for many years, and am now a traffic controller, which is as far from a ‘caring’ job as can be. I am enjoying the challenge, and learning new skills. I have 4 grown children with their own lives. I love all things outdoors, but I also love movies, music, gardening, cooking, and eating of course. Travel, sitting in front of a fire with a glass of red. I love trying new things, and am happy to try something at least once, except for jumping out of a plane! No way, happy to watch though.

My Interests

Here we go with the 50 words again..... reading, cooking, beach, romance, camping, gardening, family, friends ( who are family). Swimming, music, movies. I’m a bit of a ‘greenie’, and am interested in conservation and environmental issues. I am an optimist, and an agnostic. I believe Australia is still the lucky country, but would love to see some of Europe and Antarctica.

My Ideal Partner

Good grief, 50 words again. I do not believe in an ideal partner. We humans have so many layers, and we change with different situations. If 2 people can connect on a few layers, that’s fantastic, and then you can work on the other areas. I believe in the three ‘C’s. Connection, commitment and compromise.
