Full time caregiver for my folks. I live in a rural area on acerage with my dogs and my folks. I spend my spare time doing my various interests and seeing where they take me. I enjoy cooking for my dad and I. I wish i could be a better gardener, but everything i touches turns brown and i feel kinda guilty about that when it happens. Im in the deep research phase at the moment as i am planning out a small fruit orchard for my property.

Cooking, Metal fabrication and machining, 3D printing, CAD design, Electronics. I recently got right into Sous Vide cooking (cooking under vacuum) and pretty much cant stop finding stuff to cook with it. Pretty damn awesome results for most of the things ive tried and im slowly refining the process to get things just right. Its a new world of cooking for me.
