I hit rock bottom 4 years ago after mums horrific end. I got sad, depressed, drank, gambled and ate rubbish. I gave up and felt sorry for myself. But I truly believe them days will never return. Lost my job and put on 25 kg to 117 and being only 6 foot that's gunna add misery to any proud mans life. I've lost 27 kgs in one year and I believe I'm ready to work again.
